- Customer Data: Contact lists imported for WhatsApp marketing, order history, and reviews collected via your dedicated QR cards.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your business information is strictly utilized to operate and improve Digi Vyapaar features:
- To construct and host your auto-generated shop website.
- To generate localized AI text templates, review replies, and festival post copy.
- To execute authorized WhatsApp broadcasts to your custom contact lists.
- To analyze competitor profiles in your local vicinity and offer growth insights.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party APIs
We do not sell your personal or business data. We share data only with trusted partners required to run our software integrations:
- Google APIs: To read and write to your Google Business Profile. Google's data use policies apply to these operations.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): To route campaign templates and send messages using official cloud API endpoints.
- Hosting Providers: Secure database servers to protect your analytics data.
4. Your Controls & Data Deletion
You have full authority over your data. You can disconnect your Google account, delete uploaded contacts, or completely request the deletion of your account directly in the app settings, or by emailing us at info@digivyapaar.ai.
