Data Deletion Policy

1. Data Control and Ownership
At Digi Vyapaar, we believe you should have complete control over your business data. This includes customer contacts uploaded for WhatsApp marketing campaigns, Google Business Profile metadata syncs, store details, and analytics information.
2. Methods to Request Data Deletion
You can request or trigger the deletion of your account and all associated data through the following mechanisms:
- In-App Deletion: Navigate to the Settings tab within the Digi Vyapaar mobile application, scroll down to the Account Settings section, and click on Delete Account. This will trigger automated deletion protocols.
- Email Request: Send an explicit email request from your registered business email address to info@digivyapaar.ai. Our support team will process your request within 48 to 72 hours.
3. Revoking Google API Permissions
If you have linked your Google Business Profile, you can revoke access at any time:
- Directly within the Digi Vyapaar app settings by clicking Disconnect Google Account.
- By visiting your Google account security page (Google Third-party apps with account access) and removing "Digi Vyapaar" permissions.
4. Data Retention After Deletion
Once you submit a deletion request or tap the delete button in the app:
- All customer contact databases, marketing templates, and business profile information are permanently deleted from our live databases.
- Any backup archives containing transactional data are purged within 30 days.
- For billing and legal compliance, we may retain invoice logs and subscription payment records as required by Indian financial regulations.
